Orders within Australia are generally shipped via Australia Post eParcel which is an automated registered post mail system. Sometimes we ship items directly from our suppliers who may use carriers other than Australia Post, such as Toll/Ipec. Most orders are shipped within one to three business days however if there is going to be a delay for any longer than this, we will let you know. With dispatched orders the most common reason for a delay is that a parcel has been carded to the nearest post office & the notification card has either been missed by the recipient or not left by the Australia Post parcels delivery contractor.
